I've got a 4Sure Smart Plus BGM and it's been merrily connecting to the Diabetes:M app on my phone for months. I swapped phones over the weekend and it's not speaking properly to the new phone. It's shown as connected and the app told me the time and date on the BGM were wrong (which I corrected) but won't transfer the readings. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting it a few times. Any suggestions for a fix are welcome. I can't find any useful advice online
