Is there a thread anywhere with reviews or favourite meters? My hubby is getting wildly different results from his 2 meters and we don't know how accurate these things are supposed to be.
 
i have two meters and stick to the codefree meter
i only use my other meter when i,m waiting for more strips
 
I have a freestyle lite and a freestyle optium neo. Both read the same.
Have you tried using control solution? It should tell which one isnt reading correctly. You can usually get it free from your meter manufacturer.
