BG numbers

Hi folks
I've tested myself throughout today and there has been hardly any fluctuation since my original fasting (7.3). All numbers pre and post food (2 hrs after) have ranged between 7.2 and 7.4.Either I'm doing something very right or very wrong (lol). I should add most days it fluctuates between 5.8 and 7.8.

Thoughts?

If you are eating low carb, and not stressed, or ill, are well hydrated, had a good night's sleep, have good genes etc etc, it's possible. Celebrate it
