Hi there. I'm just 4 weeks in and feel fantastic. I've lost 12lbs too....all previous carb cravings have gone and I'm getting much better bs readings...I've got mental clarity and I'm so so glad to have started this way of eating...I'm lucky I didn't get the carb flu everyone talks about. Remember to drink lots and lots of water. I didn't to start with until people on here told me why its so important. I then slipped into ketosis and with testing I've found I can eat approx 40g of carbohydrate a day and still stay in ketosis..losing weight and never hungry. Its brilliant. Good luck
