Anonymous Question Big difference in readings on different meters

I have recently been given a Glucolab glucose testing meter. I have been finding that the results come out a lot higher than on my old meter (alarmingly so at 13 - 15 on occasion. Has anyone else experienced a problem with this meter.

Run a control test following the manufacturers instructions, the control solutions are normally provided in the original packaging, failing that ring the meter careline number and ask for them to send you some out.
