I'm a newish t2 (about 10 weeks) and am controlling my bg with lchf. I initially struggled to get my numbers down but now they are fine.
When I go off the rails, happened twice from drinking too much beer, my bg has gone up to 15 mmol/l but has gone back down to 5 the next day. Is this normal or do most people see their bg rise steadily from poor diet?
