Yes, it is timely, and costly, which is a shame... But dang it was worth it! A male friend of mine went after I wouldn't shut up about how good it was, and he was amazed at a) how intensive it was (he was a regular gym goer) and b) how quickly it made a difference to his physique. Apparently it's more effective for boys than girls, so lucky you! ;-)
As for your blood sugars, what do they do in the hrs afterwards? As I said, mine can go up after a run, but then usually drop down to a 6 or even 5 within a couple of hrs, and then stay there - so long as I don't have carbs; which I'm discovering is just a complete no no for me in pretty much any form!
