Binge

Hi all
Been diagnosed 9 years, kept hba1c ok with low carb diet and Metformin. Long term depression, on Prozac. Went and binged on a whole lot of cakes yesterday. I'm usually pretty careful but this long game is exhausting. I monitor every few months with the freestyle libre.
Just exhausted with it all. If I eat out, there's often some dish I didn't realise had sugar/flour in it.

I am sorry to hear abut your depression and yes I understand about the binge eating
I am only 6 months into testing bloods and injecting and do my best but there are odd time I just cant resist. Thing is after and when you get poor results it makes you even more pee'd off
I always think that after it happens
