Hey all , it was my hubbies birthday yesterday and I made him a cake using splendor but put butter icing inside and icing on top with white chocolate drops and strawberries. Obviously had to test it as I went along and very nice it tasted too.
Went out for a chinese last night as well and with all the sweetness of the cake I thought I wont test after the meal because we were eating past 10pm anyway and I'll test in the morning.
So tested this morning expecting it to be high and it was 5.1 - quite stunned actually. :lol:
