This is good - the version with just almond flour (ground almonds are just fine and cheaper). Use a sweetener instead of sugar - Xylitol is easy to find in supermarkets (but toxic to pets), or you can order erythritol from Amazon:
She could make a low carb brownie cake! Loads of recipes online and they taste pretty much the same as a normal brownie! (Quite easy to follow the recipe as well). x
