I am looking for good low carb black bean brownie recipes. I have made a few recipes from online searches in the last couple months, and they turned out pretty well. I enjoy eating the black bean brownies with some unsweetened peanut butter on top.
Anyone have a recipe they really like? The lower carb, the better of course!

These are gorgeous! I've tried a lot of these recipes (where the number permit) and they taste yummy. I didn't dust with xylitol though - made it a bit too sweet for me. I use Total Sweet xylitol in the baking which is cheap enough in Sainsburys, and anyway, you really don't need much for most foods.

(A sprinkling stired through plain, thick, greek yoghurt turns it into the yoghurt you get in a Muller corner - more or less).

Here's my attempt at the lowcarbyum recipe. It is excellent!!
I made 2 substitutions. I used Black beans instead of black soy beans.
Used cacao nibs on top instead of chocolate chips.
