Hi,

I have issues with having cold black/blue knees. Since then I have notices sometimes my feet go black/blue and also seeing my thigh veins pronounced and dark black/blue. Any ideas what this could be please??

I don't know what it is but you should really go and see your doctor and extremities (and knees ) going black and blue when you haven't bruised them does not sound very healthy.

Poor blood circulation can be a side effect of Diabetes

As said above, your should really seek an appointment with a HCP

I have compromised blood flow in my legs. My feet go a bit blue when cold. My thighs are a mottled blue rather than seeing individual veins. My doc said good glucose control, lots of exercise and no smoking are my best weapons. I suggest you see your doc, then you can begin to tackle it all. Good luck.
