Anyone taking black seed oil . If so are they any good . Got recommended by a mate . Just thought I’d ask around see if anyone has any experience of them
 
Do you have a bit more info on this black seed oil? What benefits does it impart?

As far as I know it’s made from Cumin . My mate that recommended it to me has had the big C and is now in remission he swears by it and suggested I try them but thought I’d try and get some more info on it
