Well I am low carbing so never use flour, but I make blackberry muffins using almond flour, blackberry crumble using coconut flour and ground hazelnuts, blackberry ice cream, put it into jellies, blackberry cheesecake and then I freeze some to have in winter with ice cream, yogurt or cream and make a berry coulis.
