Has anyone got any blackberry recipes seeing as there is an abundance of them locally. Preferably with a rolled oat topping.

That was what I was thinking. But would I need to add any sugar or honey to the topping or the blackberry mix.
Think I might add an apple to the fruit mix.

Well I am low carbing so never use flour, but I make blackberry muffins using almond flour, blackberry crumble using coconut flour and ground hazelnuts, blackberry ice cream, put it into jellies, blackberry cheesecake and then I freeze some to have in winter with ice cream, yogurt or cream and make a berry coulis.

Almond and coconut flour is good. I mash the berries and add a teaspoon of blackstrap molasses and a teaspoon of 100% pure maple syrup. A glycemic load of about 16 and high antioxidants and minerals.
