hi have just been told am dibetic and wok up the other day to find inside the white part of my left eye is bleeding went to doc an he said even with out looking into it that it would go over two weeks or so but since then has got bigger as in more blood and am getting headakes any athorts would be good pls

This needs looking at asap.
I would be inclined to go to your nearest hospital and ask them to check your eyes.
If you do need any treatment at least you would be in the right place at the same time!
I wouldnt wait till going back to see your GP either.

Good advice from Anna, if you are concerned go to your local A&E about your eye.
Your doctor should have been more thorough but i think he probably assumed it's a burst blood vessel which is common if you've been straining alot, lifting heavy things, coughing or even laughing are all common ways.

The bleeding associated with retinopathy is not the same as normal bleeding in the eye if this is what is worrying you. It is in the back of the eye and not usually visible. i doubt your docor would have been able to see diabetic reinal bleeding without the proper equpment..
I would also urge you to go to A^& E if you are concerned as you need to reassure yourself it is nothing serious.. stress and anxiety raises your bs levels.
