Bloating and tenderness

Being a diabetic
Good moring all,

Day three on this low-carb way of eating and I have the most bloated, swollen, tender to the touch stomach - is this normal ? x
 
Porridge or fruit and prumes for bfast, salad and meat and cheese for lunch and meat and veg for supper.

And no since starting this new way of eating I haven't been :(
 
Ahhh, well, you will feel a whole lot better when have been. It is just your body getting used to and adjusting to a new and very healthy diet.
Drink loads of water and of there is no relief soon then I find a little bit of diabetic chocolate always gets me moving! :wink:
