Probably depends on what you're doing to get them low enough, or rather what you're being told to do. Do you have a good supply of test strips and what's your diet like? Many people are advised to keep eating plenty of starchy carbs, and if you do then it will be a constant uphill battle. Unless you have a specific allegiance to your doctor just change for another one, they're not all monsters!
