So I'm assuming rice paper would be ok? I'll struggle to reheat it in the microwave to remove most of the spike.

I don't fancy soil tho, not at my age anyway having played rugby in the 80s on proper winter mud baths where the opposition took much pleasure holding your head down in the mud, it has is own taste that's for sure :/
