Blood glucose level issues

Help, been type 1 since 15yrs old, all great for years with no problems at all, now 51 years old and cant seem to keep my blood sugar's from going to 20 to Hi. Help.
 
Hi you will need to share a bit more info if you can,

what insulin are you on? What do you eat?
Do you have any other health problems?

If you haven't made any changes to your lifestyle and you aren't ill then it could maybe be insulin resistance? I'd speak to your nurse/consultant. Age can affect how much insulin you need too.
