Friday Evening After meal 10
This Morning Fasting 9.2

is this oki or should it be dropping faster than this
iam going for the low carb option at the moment

iam taking 1 metformin 500 at the moment to increase to 2
but would like to get Med free if possible
Thanks in Advance
Dave

Hi Dave,
What are you eating?
The mnorning one is high!
Sometimes it can take time to get the low carb working, You need to be patient!
Everyone is different on how long it takes to get back to normal or semi low level! We all react differnt!
I am sure that someone will be along shortly who knows more than me!

hya dave,
it can take a while to drop but as long as it is dropping then that is what matters and yours is on its way down :D

Let your body tell you if you are ging at the right speed. Sometimes going fast is difficult to adapt to, especially for eyes, which can go blurred.
As long as you get down, the number of days isn't all that important. As fast as you can whilst feeling well, would be my advice.
