Hi
@iameshu and welcome to the forums.
The advice is probably still here but it's going to be a little difficult to find without some more information. (There are a lot of threads about high readings).
Do you have any idea about when you read it? Was it a long thread (many posts, many years?) Any more memories of what was in it?
I'm fairly good with the search function but I don't think I've got enough to go on at the moment...
It would help to know your insulin regime - basal/bolus, pump, something else?
In the meantime I'll suggest just a few of the many possibilities
1) any changes in lifestyle (activity, weight, stress) that could be affecting your insulin needs?
2) any chance you have an infection (eg a UTI) which could be affecting you?
3) Have you just had covid
4) Are you sure your insulin hasn't gone off, your insulin pens are working and your injection sites are OK?
I'm on basal/bolus and I find it very hard if my basal is not the right amount.... I also find my insulin resistance goes up whenever I am high.
Good luck, I expect some more T1s will post soon.
