Hi I was recently diagnose with type 1 diabetes and have been managing it quite well apart from the recording of blood sugar levels and such like. The sheets available on line didn't do it for me, so i have made my own, which i have attached here. i would be grateful for any feed back.

table 1 is made for excel, it does all the calculation for you, even the colour coding

table 2 is made for open office and once again does all the calculations for you but not colour coding.

If any one has any idea how to set up for colour coding in this sheet i would be extremely grateful.

Hi there @nigelthompson
welcome to the forum. :)

I had a look at the excel version and it looks ok.

just a thought -- are you aware that your blood sugar meter probably has the ability to upload directly to Diasend.
check out the website to see if your meter is supported.https://www.glooko.com/diasend/

if so -- you just upload your data and it will do all the work for you including the colour coding.
your meter provider can send you a usb connector cable if you ask them.

also -- your DSN ( diabetic nurse) will have an account and will be able to access all your data for reviewing at your appointments.
