Blood glucose rising in the evening

My blood glucose has started to rise sometimes in the evening, it's like sometimes my body takes the insulin I have injected or sometimes disregards it, I have also noticed, I'm getting pains when I lift my leg up and trapping nerves a lot, can anyone help me

Please can you tell us:
  1. What insulins are you taking, when and what dosage?
  2. Do you carb count / 'DAFNE'?
  3. Have you changed anything in your lifestyle recently that may have caused the rise? (e.g. stopped/reduced exercise, started resistance training, changed your foods, etc.)
  4. Have you contacted your DSN? (Do you have a DSN to contact???)
  5. How's your general control been?
  6. Have you contacted your GP about the leg pains... and have you done something recently that could account for the pains or do you think they're diabetes related?
