Please can you help me . My blood sugars levels have gone from being 11.2 and to 4.6 then straight back up to 11.6 .

What time frame? Did you wash your hands and check again.. sounds like a possible rogue reading.. The 11's are rather high though.

Yes, when did you take these tests (assuming you are talking about finger prick tests and not ones done at the surgery) It matters what time they were taken, ie fasting, before meals, after meals, how long after meals etc.
