blood monitor battery

My blood monitor Glucomen visio needs a new 2032,3 volt lithium battery is it true we get these free and if so where do i get them from?

Some manufacturers, if you register your meter with them, will provide you fresh batteries FOC. Do Glucomen do this?

If that fails you can buy them at most chemists, camera shops etc. even Dixons

I just bought mine from the chemists.Just normal flat batteries though,not lithium but they have lasted 2 years.
