I was prescribed (tamsulosin hydrochloride) Diffundox XL 400 microgram capsules about a week ago. I immediately noticed I felt very tired and lethargic. I am (since starting the medication) sleeping 14-18 hrs a day on and off. My blood sugar has increased by about 2 points from an average of 8.0 to 10.0.
My blood pressure however has shown a dramatic drop from an average of 125/80 and is now between 93/63 up to 103/67. That's 9 readings over the last three days am,pm and before bed.
Is this something I should be concerned about or is it normal for the medication I've been prescribed?
