Don't like the way they are killed and cooked. Save our Scallops. SOS !!!
Also HATE evaporated milk.
When I had my blood pressure taken a couple of weeks back it was 148 / 80.

Someone said it could be a "White collar reading" and suggested I buy a home monitor.

I bought one from Lloyds chemist and it arrived this morning. Didn't have batteries supplied so I had to go and but some. Takes 4 X AAAs.

Anyway.just did 3 separate readings... And the reading is 124 / 84.

So I am much happier now.

Here is a link to the monitor.

It was pretty cheap. £14.99 + £2.75 postage. It arrived and needed a signiature.

When you order it you get a choice of cuff size. You have to measure you upper arms and order accordingly. The whole unit is surprisingly good for the price.

It has got endorsements and is a very good monitor for the price.

I would thoroughly recommend it.
