Blood pressure

Looks fine to me too. Is that a BP done at your GP practice Linda? If so it could be raised slightly by 'white coat syndrome', i.e. the slight anxiety we all get at the doctor's!

Ideally it should be taken after 5 minutes of relaxed upright sitting with your forearm level. If you are concerned you can get BP meters to use at home that are similar to what the surgeries use - mine is an Omicron M10-IT.
 
I had one of those 12 hour tests recently as I thought my BP was a bit low. The average over 12 hours was 116/67. My GP said that was excellent.
