Blood pressure

My BG seems ok steady 5.5ish, my cholestrial last checked was 3.5 but my blood pressure is generaly around 160/80 home testing. ive lost weight, excercise every day, have a few pints at weekends aged 67 diabetic for a year? No meds apart from satin. How can i get it down? Is it an age thing?

Your systolic pressure (160) is a little high, but your diastolic (80) is normal. I'd have a word with your gp and see if he thinks you should take medication.
