Lost 10kgs and ever since i started the metformine I lost 4 more kgs, I am at 89kg now. I know my weight might cause problem but I am working on it. I am new to diabetes and am trying hard not to let this consume me. most of the time i feel overwhelmed and sad but somehow I guess if i understand the dos and don'ts i will be able to take care of myself. help please</p></blockquote><p></p>
