This has got me worried, how do i bring this number down? Also, I am 25 years old, have been overweight practically my entire life, but 2 years from now I started working out and dieting. Lost 10kgs and ever since i started the metformine I lost 4 more kgs, I am at 89kg now.  I know my weight might cause problem but I am working on it.  I am new to diabetes and am trying hard not to let this consume me. most of the time i feel overwhelmed and sad but somehow I guess if i understand the dos and don'ts i will be able to take care of myself. help please</p></blockquote><p></p>
