Hello All,
Hope we are well.
Got I question(s) on Exercise.
I have noticed that after a resistance workout, e.g., 30mins exercising the full back muscles and full legs, my blood sugar after exercise is always between 6.5 and 7.4mmol, then I take a protein shake with 200ml of milk, then 1 hour later is down to 4.5 to 5.2mmol.
As if I do the above, but then end exercise session with say 10 mins of cardio, I end in the 5.x mmol range after exercise, then an 1 hour later it’s around 4.5 to 5.2mmol
Are type 2 meant to work like this???? How do non-diabetics work after exercise??? OR am I looking at this too deeply???
Any ideas.
Cheers
