Generally speaking they give <7.8 mmol/l two hours after eating as a 'normal' level of control. That doesn't really answer your question but that is actually far more complicated since it would involve having to know what else you have eaten that day and what level of activity you undertook, what it was before you started eating, etc. etc. Isolated tests can only give a snapshot so you can't say very much except: drinking full sugar coke, if you already have a diagnosis of prediabetes may not be the best choice (diet coke may also not be but for different reasons). The carb content of a pasty also makes them unsuitable for me but you have to make your own choices with regard to the amount of carbs you wish to eat.
So, to be honest, that level doesn't seem too bad but it doesn't necessarily mean that it is OK.
