Probably depends on your own needs. I have a young child so have an Optimum Xceed because it can measure blood ketones as well as glucose. I also have an Accu Chek Mobile as an all-in-one unit that is good for day time but a bit noisy at night. I did have a True Track once but didn't like it and I've also had an Accu Chek Integra that used to error all the time and drove me crazy.
