blood sugar only a sign??

Hey are platelets more of a problem then sugars when it comes to blood flow in diabetes
 
Very high sugars causes dehydration acutely & diminished blood flow in long term. Vascularity to peripheral tissues decreases due to chronically uncontrolled high BG causing peripheral vascular disease , most commonly diabetic foot infections. The occurence of atherosclerosis of blood vessels is common among diabetes due to abnormal lipid profile caused by high sugars. These fat get deposited on the vessel wall, forms plague & platelets get stuck with the plague forming a block to the blood flow. When it obstructs the major blood vessels, stroke & myocardial infarction occur. High blood sugars chronically is definitely a warning sign that it initiates multiple cascades of events leading to diminished blood flow.

Hey got operated on as an infant 3 month old , lower bowel outta shape, adhesions red scar come outta nowhere under eye, blurred vision late and early in the day, poor blood flow, loss of feeling after work , weight loss , ED, bad feet , confused, heart problems, in pain , sleep loss ,NO HIGH BLOOD SUGARS, think my body is sorting the sugars in large intestine but the small intestine is not getting enough insulin to work properly is there a professional diagnosis for my condition????
