Blood sugars

i don't know if it's just me when I wake up with a low fasting sugar it spurs me on to keep it low all day but if it's a high reading I feel as though "what the heck just eat what you want forget being a diabetic" needless to say I don't go down that road cos I'm rather attached to my feet and other bits

Hi yes I've read about the dawn phenomenon i think the same thing happens to me if for whatever reason I can't eat regularly
I think though it's just that first reading can make my day or break my day I'm not a morning person at all
