Was little out of control on LCHF diet here and there. But back on track fully now.
Got my blood test results today.
HbA1C was 5.7. Hoping to do better next time.
Chol 5.2
TRIG 1.4
HDL .95
LDL 3.6
Chol/HDL 5.5
Non HDL 4.3
Doctor does not have concern on Cholesterol reading.
Would like to know your thoughts on this.
