Hi, Im trying to help a neighbour. He has downloaded a new app but the old one still appears to be connected to Bluetooth. On the new App, which appears on the App icons list, I cant find a Forget this App link. Is there a way to tell the app to forget the old one's existence? Hope someone can help?

btw its a Minimed 780G system

It depends on the phone and the app (so devices are connected to the phone and some to the app).
Habe you tried going to the Bluetooth list (on my phone that is accessed from the bar at the top) and forgetting the connection from there?

Hi,

I don’t pump.

I found this online instruction manual, which may possibly be applicable to solving your neighbour’s issue..

On a Android phone you go to settings /connections / bluetooth / select the device you want to forget / unpair, then click on the settings button, at the bottom of that page is unpair.

Click on that and it will forget the device.
