Body fat

Hi Nosher, I am learning all the time and my gut feeling is that these fat measuring scales are not an exact science.
The tape measure and a truth telling mirror speaks volumes.
I am just about ready to try one of your mini fasts.

The scales are not exact, but using those with more than just foot sensors. Like anything else, assessments should be based on a number of indicators.

If you look up the American marine fitness assessment stats, they have some very "interesting" and challenging criteria for their chaps, and rather than height, weight and scales, they also use neck, waist, hip and some other measurements.

Hi Nosher,
It is my GGT stuck in the 80's that concerns me.
I am still slowly losing weight on low carb but my waist has not changed much in last six months.
