There's another one here. I'm not a body builder per se, but at the start of September I embarked on a programme to dump a load of body fat and improve my physique.
Cue the low carb diet, with full on Ketosis for the first 3 weeks, and kicked off with properly managed weight training with a personal trainer. Eight weeks later, I have practically halved my body fat, lost a load of weight and am maintaining the leanness programme to try and take my body fat down further, before kicking on to a Hypertrophy phase in the new year.
I'm no expert, but I'm finding the physiological changes to be amazing!
