Bone broth

Have a google. There are literally 1000s of recipes online.

I'm not saying that to be snippy. :)
The thing is there really ARE 1000s of recipes, and different ppl have different suggestions.
Some say never use veg. Some say always add veg. Some say use bone marrow bones. Some say use chicken.
and on, and on.
So really, the best thing to do is have a good browse and kind of absorb the different techniques.

I usually get a bag of bones from the butcher, or from my freezer (where I collect bones from cooking)
Tip them into a pot.
Cover them with water.
Add a couple of tablespoons of cider vinegar.
Simmer for 12-36 hours depending on the size of the bones.
Sieve.
Store in the fridge.
Reheat in a mug as necessary.

But I really do recommend you do some googling. You will pick up a lot of info that way.
