If it's anything like the first edition, it will be a great addition to your knowledge. The first edition was the first book I bought on diabetes after diagnosis and I still refer to the website the book is based on to this very day when I need to refresh my memory:

The Blood Sugar 101 website has been given a face lift. It is now much more colourful and perhaps easier to negotiate. A precious free resource. I do wish more people would consult Jenny Ruhl and Dr Bernstein rather than relying exclusively on this Forum for their information.
