I have done this a couple of times but didn't get a reply, did you confirm your appt?
 
how do you mean to confirm my appointment? I went online to a website but they never sent me any email or something! how do I see my appointment now?

Sorry, I thought there might have been a 'confirm' button like in the surgeries. I would have expected some kind of confirmation. The only way now would be to ring them to make sure your appt is booked but that kind of defeats the object of booking on line, doesn't it that's crazy
 
yeah these people at NHS are horrible, in my local hospital they have a voice system when you call, that makes ALWAYS mistake, you tell it you want to speak to reception and it connects you to the laundry, it's ridiculous
