Hi all
Looking at my NHS notes, It says I'm Borderline/prediabetes.
I have an appointment with the doctor on Tuesday, so I've got a BG Monitor to keep a check on it
We've keeping a record of all our readings, we've also checked
what we can eat.
I've been reading people's experiences in the group, I've learnt a few things, but the main thing to come out of the
readings, is how unpredictable some of the readings can be.
And how some people say it can take time to stabilise, I've had a couple of readings that have surprised me, it's a real learning curve.
I've also printed off a couple of charts to record our readings, they are mostly OK,
but we've had a couple of readings that have been high, but they have come down over the next tests.
We have started taking notes of the what's good, and what could be pushing the BG
Up.
We'll see on Tuesday what the Doctor says, but I feel we are going in the right direction.
