Today after lunch I was delighted to see that I was down to 6.8. After a busy afternoon clearing part of my late Aunt's house I get and home hubby makes us tea....he has sugar with his .....gave me his instead....you can guess the rest 9.8 after only one gulp!! Oh well! :(
 
It may have been because your activity level was high. One gulp shouldn`t do to much damage, unless he is like my dad used to be. 6 sugars in his tea!
