I hadn't realised that depression was linked to diabetes. Probably why my GP is so la-di-da about it! He just tells me that I'm a reluctant diabetic!I'm not, by the way, but it's amazing how you can go for a blood test to find out if your thyroid is iffy, and next, you are being told that you are a diabetic!! No glucose tollerance test, nothing!
I read that if you do a low carb diet, you can produce keytones. If you produce keytons, you shouldn't take Januvia..AAARRRGGGHHHHH
I personally think that you are finding it hard to accept your diagnosis and are seeing all the negatives. We all get down about it from time to time and that is a normal reaction.
