Since I am on a keto diet my brain fog has cleared up
Anyone else had the same experience?

Same here, looks like i have not functioned very well mentaly for so long it felt normal. Not going back there if i can help it

I have never eaten a keto diet but definitely find a high blood sugar can cause brain fog and I feel much clearer once my levels are reduced.

Yes, and I don't get so tired. I suspect my poor body was having such a struggle with bg that there wasn't enough energy left for brain work.

High blood sugars do cause brain fog, but the Keto diet was originated about 100 years ago to help children with epilepsy. The understanding is that the brain runs better on ketones than sugar. I first did strict Keto before diabetes to lose weight, very successfully, the clarity of thought was amazing.
