Hi Mike,
oat bran and wheat bran you can buy in Holland's and Barrett or any other shop with healthy food. I dont think any supermarket sells it. Whey protein powder you can also buy there but be careful and dont buy flavoured ones (you need plain). Its quite expensive and you can replace it with powdered milk but carbohydrates content will be slightly higher (cant remember now but its about 20g more for whole bread)

Yes, the price is a bit shocking. Go for powdered milk especially if you make it for the first time (that would be a bit waste of money if you dont like the bread!). I dont think it will change the texture or taste of the bread. just make carb calculations if you need to know exact carb content.
Let me know how it went
Well, I have finally managed to try this recipe out.
It is easy to do - throw it all in a bowl, mix, wait, cook, eat.
Mine didn't rise as much as the one in the picture on your site - maybe I didn't have enough yeast in there or it wasn't in a warm enough place. It still came out with a nice texture and tasted nice with butter.
Hi It looks great but true, mine rose better. i put it in a very warm place (next to the hot hob) and rose more than i wanted. Im glad that you like it Raspberry cake is very nice and very easy to make too. There shouldnt be any surprises
