Hi :) Very easy really. Book a table in a pub and post it here. Setting group on facebook helps a lot too. We have now over 250 members! Keep it simple, go for a pub which doesn't get very busy, has a large table for at least 10 people (that should be enough at the start) and meet on a Saturday lunch time (as its convenient for most people). Good luck :)
Hi ewelina. I myself know Mikolaj. I have been trying to get him to join a forum for a long time. I'm so proud of him for doing so! Thank u so much for replying to his thread. He needs a lot of support right now. If u get the time please will u tell him of your battles and triumphs. Thank u so much! :)

Great he found us here. Lots of support and I'm sure that joining a community like this will help him a lot. Would be great if he could join some groups in Karkow, or even set up one if there isn't anything. I did it here and it helped me a lot :)

Yes I enjoy being on a pump too. My levels has never been so good! :)
I have just been looking at your baking blog. I am so impressed with your recipes and I am keen to try some.
Although I have adapted recipes in the past I have never used Soy Flour or Xylitol.
Once I have found where to purchase these I will be trying some of the cake recipes.
    Keep up the good work.
