Bran flakes

Does anyone now where I can buy or order sugar free bran flakes. I had 100% bran flakes with nothing added from beanfreaks before but they stopped selling them. Can't find them online ither

What does bran do to your BGs?

Not much although even less with the 100% ones. Obviously more than the usual foods I eat (protein/ salad and veg ) I don't have them all the time anyway just when I got a craving. I don't eat breakfast sometimes have them for tea tho
